1. The short version
If Calera isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you’ll get the full amount back. No questions asked.
Calera is sold by Calera, a sole proprietorship based in Sri Lanka. Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record, which issues every refund.
2. What can be refunded
- First payment: a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro or Team payment, monthly or yearly.
- Renewals: a full refund within 14 days of an automatic renewal you didn’t mean to keep. We also cancel the subscription so it doesn’t renew again.
- Extra Team seats: a refund of the seat charge within 14 days of it being added.
- Billing mistakes: double charges or charges after you cancelled are always refunded in full, whenever you notice them.
After 14 days, payments aren’t refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
3. Free plan and trial
The Free plan and the 14-day Pro trial cost nothing and need no card, so there’s nothing to refund. When a trial ends without a subscription, the account moves to Free and keeps its bookings.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email support@calera.app from your account’s email address, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also use the “Request refund” link on paddle.net, where Paddle lists your orders.
We reply within 2 business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to the original payment method, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
5. What happens after a refund
The refunded subscription ends and your workspace moves to the Free plan. Your event types, bookings, contacts and events stay in your account. Features that need a paid plan, such as Outlook and Zoom, pause until you upgrade again.
6. Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law and Paddle’s buyer terms. Nothing here takes those rights away. See also our terms of service.
